Chef Anton Kendall Summary

I am a self taught chef with 25 years experience in the industry. I started off with a lot of passion, reading and experimenting. I cut my teeth at an early age with my own 45 seat neighbourhood bistro in Bristol in the 90´s. I ran it successsfully for 7 years gaining 1 AA rosette and good food guide entries. I subsequently went on to work for the following organizations: Le Monde Uk 200 seat Fish grill 2004 - 2006 Head chef Zero Degrees 150 seat Artisan Pizzeria and Microbrewery 2006-2007 Head Chef Berkeley Square Hotel, Bristol, Boutique Hotel. Head Chef 2007-2009 My cooking style is Modern Mediterranean with strong interest in North African, Japanese and Indian cooking. I have worked in France, Caribbean, India and Spain.
